Dorflinger cut glass decanter using both Renaissance and Tiffany patterns made about 1900

It is 11 1/3 inches high by 6 1/2 inches wide.  Dorflinger was in White Mills, PA.  The decanter neck was cut in the Tiffany pattern with the base cut in the Renaissance pattern.  Previous owner was a member of the American Cut Glass Association and dated this to about 1900.  The decanter is very clear with a slight ring inside the bottom.  It might have been used as a vase with a water ring.  The outside bottom has slight wear on the bottom.  It is in very good condition with no cracks or hairlines.
