Bought in 2008 from a member of the American Cut Glass Association. They described it, “The neck is cut into seven panels. Each panel has a zipper cut going to the mouth of the bottle. Two sets of rings were horizonally cut around the neck. The base has a fully extended 32 point star. Each strand of the star has been double mitered. It’s obvious quality shows that it was made by one of the top glass companies.”
They dated this to about 1900. It measures 10 7/8 inches high by 5 3/4 inches wide. It has no cracks or hairlines. Excuse the pictures, the glass is crystal clear.
